Plain terms for a small piece of software, between you and Onzira Labs Private Limited.
Licence
You may install and use VolumeLens on Macs you own or control. A Pro licence covers up to 3 such Macs and is for one person. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or a licence key, and you may not attempt to defeat the licence check or distribute modified copies.
Your files are your responsibility
VolumeLens moves items to the Trash only when you select them and confirm. It never deletes permanently and never empties the Trash. Even so, deciding what to remove is your decision. Keep backups. We cannot recover data you removed and then deleted.
No warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard on correctness — storage accounting is tested against synthetic filesystems covering hard links, sparse files, symlink loops and unreadable folders — but we cannot promise it is free of defects or fits a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
Trademarks
Apple, Mac, macOS, Finder and Xcode are trademarks of Apple Inc. Docker, Homebrew and other names used in the app describe the software whose files VolumeLens recognises. VolumeLens is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by any of them. “VolumeLens” is a working name pending trademark clearance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future versions; the terms you agreed to when you bought your licence continue to apply to that purchase. Questions go to support@onzira.com.
