Refunds and cancellation
If Pro is not for you, ask for your money back within 30 days. You do not need to explain why.
How to ask
Email support@onzira.com from the address you bought with, or include your Razorpay payment id. We approve refunds within two business days and the money returns to your original payment method, usually within five to seven business days after that depending on your bank. Your licence key stops being valid for future versions once the refund is issued.
Nothing to cancel
VolumeLens Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge to cancel and no renewal date to watch.
Before you ask
If something is broken or a feature does not do what you expected, tell us first. We would rather fix it, or explain what the app can honestly do, than keep money for something that disappointed you. Either way the refund window stands.
Try before you buy
The free version is a complete storage analyser, including cleanup, with no time limit. Use it as long as you like before deciding whether Insights and export are worth ₹999 to you.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live, which it does not reduce.
