You get a key

After payment your key appears on screen and arrives by email. It is a signed grant, not a password, and it is not tied to an account.

You paste it into Settings

VolumeLens checks the signature on your Mac with a key built into the app. Activation contacts no server, so it works offline and cannot fail because a service is down.

It keeps working

No renewal, no check-in, no expiry. If this project ever stops, your copy carries on exactly as it is.

What you are paying for

  • Software that works entirely on your own machine
  • A company you can identify, with a registered address and a GSTIN
  • Support answered by the people who wrote the code
  • A 30-day refund if it is not for you

What you are not paying for

  • A subscription that renews whether you use it or not
  • An account, a login, or a profile of your files
  • Cloud storage or a service that can go away
  • Claims about speed, memory, or “optimising” your Mac

Pricing questions

Is this really one payment?
Yes. ₹999 once for Pro, including future Pro features. There is no subscription option, and existing customers will never be converted to one.
How many Macs does a licence cover?
Up to 3 Macs that you use. It is for one person, not a team licence — if you need a team, lab or site licence, write to support@onzira.com and we will sort something out.
Which payment methods work?
Payments are handled by Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.
Can I pay in a currency other than rupees?
The listed price is in Indian rupees. International cards are accepted and your bank converts at its own rate, which comes to roughly about US$12.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Onzira Labs Private Limited is GST-registered (07AAECO7169F1Z8); email support@onzira.com with your order reference and GSTIN and we will send a tax invoice.
What if I only want the free version?
That is a complete product, including moving items to the Trash. Pro is for the explanation layer and export; there is no nag screen and no expiring trial.
Do you charge for major updates?
No paid upgrade is planned. If that ever changes, the version you bought keeps working and you will hear the reasoning in advance.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days, no explanation needed. See the refund page.
Is there an education or non-profit discount?
Yes, for students, teachers and non-profits. Email support@onzira.com from an institutional address and ask.
